Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website americanfoundersinstitute.org (the "Site"), operated by The American Founders Institute ("the Society," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site.

Description of the Society

The American Founders Institute is a private membership organization. The Society publishes articles, analysis, and commentary; maintains a membership inquiry process; and operates communications channels including but not limited to email newsletters and social media. The Society is not a political action committee, lobbying organization, or registered nonprofit unless separately disclosed.

Membership Inquiries

Submitting a membership inquiry does not constitute membership in the Society. All inquiries are subject to review at the sole discretion of the Society. The Society reserves the right to approve, decline, or defer any inquiry for any reason or no reason. The Society is under no obligation to provide an explanation for any membership decision.

Information submitted through the membership inquiry form is subject to our Privacy Policy. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
